1989-PRESENT: ALTERNATIVE LEARNING SYSTEMS and NVISION - CREATIVITY IN ACTION

Independent Consultant in Human Resources and Institutional Development; Major jobs inter alia:

Leader for a national study on Technical, Vocational, and Industrial Training in Malaysia, 1990/91 for the Asian Development Bank, Manila; Member of an international team monitoring the construction of the Uri Hydroelectric Power plant, (SWECO, SKANSKA, ABB, KBO, etc.) in Kashmir, India during 1991-97. Designer of new Learning Systems for basic education. Author of the textbook CREATIVITY - A Science-based Outlook on Life and Work.
